Very happy with the Services provided to me. I have learned though that I must double check my service receipt because 2 times now ive requested services that were not done.
I can’t say I was completely satisfied because of one issue. The cashier that took my payment was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. She took a few minutes before even giving me my invoice to sign and after I paid she handed me my form without saying anything. She needs to improve her people skills.
I know the car wash is complementary but it is really bad . You should not call it a car wash since it is so incomplete!!!
I would have made an appointment online but last time there was no record of it when I got there and I wasn't going to repeat that experience. Calling gave me more confidence.
Rachel Roberts is a very good service advisor. Your lucky to have her. She always give me a smile eventhough she was so busy. Im always and 100% satisfied to her. thanks
