She was great! My work schedule was super busy and she was incredible accommodating with my schedule.
Every time I come in they have positive attitudes also are very polite.
I came in to get my TPMS issue fixed and specifically said "it's not calibration I have done that multiple times, and it isn't tire pressure because I have checked all the tires and they are to the manufacturers pressure. my sisters car had the same problem and they had to replace a chip or something" So what did they do? take my car for 3 hours, Reset the codes, check the tire pressure and start calibration: "everything's good to go." Charged me 140 bucks and I get down the road 20 miles and the TPMS light comes back on. So I turned around brought it back and they took my car for another hour and a half. This time they actually looked into the sensor issue and it turns out there is a code indicating a computer failure covered by the factory warranty. The whole day was gone and I still dont have my TPMS fixed!
I just wantto say thank you for the van shuttles. That is such a great idea and convenient for customers. Honda you guys have excellent service. Been there with you guys for 4 years and will still be a client. Again thank you.
Screen Honda is great. I never feel that they are trying to sell me something I dont need.
