I was satisfied with car service. However I have always wondered why the guys that bring you the car don’t assist little old women. They leave the seat back. I always have to slowly change how far, left it up put your extra seat etc. No one assists to see that those little things that make a difference.

Great customer service , explained everything thoroughly regards to my vehicle and what’s needed to be done to ensure I have a safe reliable vehicle. I appreciate his help! While the wait was long , totally understand he was calm collective and still had great service. Thank you for explaining things womanly like ( considering I don’t know much about cars ), but Joshua was able to break it down.
Your service department has always been good. Disappointed in your shuttle service though. This is the second time they failed to come get me to go get my car when it was done being serviced. You need to have a better system in assisting the customer’s who need a courtesy ride to be picked up. Hopefully there will be improvement the next time my vehicle is serviced
