He was so pleasant and professional and easy to speak to regarding my issue ,my tire had to be delivered and not on hand but I had a good experience overall at this dealer this time .The 1st time I went in 3 weeks ago a gentleman ( Not Alex) was rude and i told him I was at Riverside Honda for several hours they didnt have my tire in stock but referred me to Loma Linda Honda and the time it took me to drive from riverside to loma linda ,the gentleman stated well it will be 2 to 3 hours you have to wait behind other check ins ...and i told him i already waited at the other dealer and he said nothing he could do ...so I told him I wasnt going to wait and he said okay ...That was horrible experience ! I was mad and upset ..so I went to local tire near my house and had them remove the nail and plug it but it was on outside wall so it was unsafe to drive it that way and the light of "low tire pressure" stayed on but i decided to just go back and get it fixed

Second time my radio is acting up and not working.
And because the issue could not be reproduced nothing was done.
Plus one day i still have to come back when im in the area if the issue happens again. This is just a waste of my time. Last time was the same issue.
One of my hub caps was put back on wrong and is pinching the air valve.
When I turn my ac on it just smells like gas

My service provider, Rick, madef faces of impatience and disgust when I explained to him that I was waiting for over an hour for them to correct a service.
I felt that his negative attitude was very unprofessional!
