The only problem I have is that within 2 miles of leaving the dealership my low pressure light came on. Very frustrating!

Went out of my way to have my sister take my car get an oil change while I was at work to only end up wasting my after work hours frustrated with spreed Honda. I not my sister received no call letting us know that my car was ready ( she left two numbers). I was told that the service center closes at 5pm myself along with my sister try calling to see if my car is ready and no answer. I end up talking to an operator and she tells me that service closes at 4... and I can’t get my car due to keys being locked up . My receipt clearly states that my was promised by 5pm. Lucky I was able to drive over to Spreen Honda with my spare keys and get my car out with the help of a sales manager. Worst service I’ve ever received by this Honda dealership. So disappointed.
If no one is going to be notified properly that their vehicles are done being serviced, there should be extra keys for the lock box in case cases like these happen. Many people only have one vehicle to go and come from work and can’t afford being carless. Please provide an alternative for customers so they don’t go through a frustrating afternoons like I did due to lack of communication.
