Once again I had the opportunity to meet up with another Spreen Honda
Personnel who came to my assistance and explained what my car needed and
about how long it would take. These fellows at the front who assist the customers are always polite and willing to explain how long it will take. They remind us of the coffee and doughnuts that we are welcome to partake while we wait. That’s always a plus.
The customer is always kept informed of how long it may take and if there are changes, the customer is involved. Thank you Spreen Honda.

Service guy argued with me telling me I dont have a extended warranty even though I'm paying every month for it & its listed on my contract. Then I pick up my car 6hours later & it says CLEARLY on the service walls that every car service comes with a car wash & point inspection, they pulled my car up & it was still muddy & full of bird crap on the windows & hood. The interior was dirty, not sure if vacuuming was included? But seeing they didnt do car wash makes me believe no point inspection was done either. When I asked the technician why the car wasnt washed, He said: I dont know... & walked away ! I walked back inside & asked why my car wasnt washed or the other things done the wall behind them were saying HONDA provides with every service... They said they didnt know. Someone called up a technician to drive it thru their car wash, 2 minutes MAYBE 3 minutes later, the car comes back , still dirty & looking like whoever tried spraying it down with the hose. The technician walked away saying: Keys are in the car... No handshake, didnt even look me in the eye to say bye, thank you, anything ! Totally bummed out with the lack of respect & professionalism of todays service.
My appointment was at 7 and my car wasn’t touched until 9:15. Excuses all day.

Sebastian was way better than Ricardo! So much more efficient, nicer, patient. My oil change and the replacement on my windshield wipers was complete within an hr!
