Shuttle pickup experience was awful. Ride was 30 minutes late and did not follow directions of specific pickup location. When attempting to call back driver, no answer on cell phone twice. Did not receive apology from driver (nor any communication the entire drive to dealership). Very disappointing.
very very nice !! and quick ..!! but to get a transmission oil change and tune up close to 600 bux wayyyyy to pricy . but i love the customer service

I am impressed with top service from Jessie Mendoza. The other service techs. should follow Mr. Mendoza's standard of service. He made sure my car needs were addressed and my questions, concerns were taken care of instead of lip service

I don't need to be contacted. My tires were due to be rotated. I have never had the service rep tell me they decided not to rotate my tires because they were perfect where they were. What does that even mean? My car was back there 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and air filter check. Hopefully my oil was actually changed.
