I was disappointed at the lackluster service at not being informed of the progress of the service of my vehicle. I had to inquire numerous times. Because of the length of service I had asked for a loaner vehicle. Reply that none was available. Was there other options? I live over 25 miles away and could have gone to closer dealerships. I have bought 3 cars though Spreen Honda and have remained a loyal customer. All of my service work has been completed at the Spreen Honda service department. When I picked up my vehicle the car wash was spotty. My seats, mirror were out of adjustment. My radio was not reactivated and ready for my use.

The service timely and professional. I was concerned by the number of employees not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. I would have been more comfortable if I had seen more efforts to support social distancing and more actively cleaning.
