Melina is awesome. It is Hondas policy on expiring the 12 oil changes that I bought when purchasing my brand new Accord. I bought those oil changes and you're going to expire them? Unethical and just plan wrong.

Great customer service. Very helpful. Outlined what I would need on a form to have the alarm company assist with an issue that’s been ongoing for several years. It would be an improvement to have the Spreen rep work with the company to get alarm issues fixed.
I was over charged on labor rates and time. I will not return to Spreen Honda.

They told us that the tires were checked while rotated.it doesn’t seem like they did. As soon as we left Honda we went to the tire store down the street and found a nail in the middle of the left front tire. It was in a very obvious location for them to not noticed it. Plus the tire was in the same place than before. We noticed yesterday an slow leek on that Tire.
Also, we came in and told them that the rear breaks were making noises. When she called me she told me that they were fine. So I asked her to please go agin and test drive it one more time. Then she came back that we needed to replace not only the brake shoes but the drums and all. I asked what exactly was bad but she wasn’t clear on what was wrong that would require all that replacement. We had the same type of experience with our Odyssey so we will take it somewhere else
