Everything was great. Just wished my part was in stock so that it could have been repaired in one visit. But, other than that Everyone was every nice and helpful.
Once again the service department has over exceeded my expectations. Of course lead by Sebastian which I refer to family and friends.
The phone line to Spreen is constantly busy. Difficult to make an appointment or call to change. Forced to appear in person .

I got a text my car was done with service, so when I showed up my service person was not there. Someone else was helping to check me out and I asked what all they did and were they able to fix the back bumper? He then read me that the service guys recommended 2 things that should have and could have been done if they would have called me but no one did. And no one even looked at my bumper. So I waited around so those things could be done. Why didn't anyone call me with the recommended repairs?
From the start Recardo was very professional explained the process of An oil change I was there approximately 45min The time went buy Very fast while looking around your show room Recardo txt me that my car was all done I paid for my oil change again Recardo answered a few other questions that I had for him he gave me my receipt and I was out the door to the porter who was very nice I will continue to bring my car to Spreen Honda Thanks again

The service was fast. I decided to sit outside while I ate my breakfast and the chairs/tables outside were very dirty, I had disinfectant wipes with me so I cleaned them before I sat down.
