Everyone here always does a great job at Spreen Honda.
They told me I needed a battery that it didn’t pass the test so I bought one. Looking at my records the last visit I had started that my battery was in excellent condition. When I got home to check the battery it looked dirty and did not look like a new battery. I hope they did put a new one in and I wonder if I really needed a new one.

Ric was awesome. Very professional and friendly. Listened to my concerns about my car, had me check out a part that they fix for me, and ensured I was okay with it. I felt listened to and understood. I think that is so important when dealing with the service of my car. That is why I choose to go to spreen Honda over any other dealer or auto shop.
The wait time was about 1hr 30 min with appointment. I've never waited more than 45 min for my car to have oil change.
I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle. I went up to the service desk twice to ask if it would get there soon, and when I finally got the shuttle, the driver said he was there the whole time and didn’t know I was waiting.
