I had a 3:30 appointment and sat in my car until 4:20 before anyone came to check me in. I was told that the service number that appeared on my car was for more than an oil change and they could not do all the required services that were due because it was too late. So basically an oil change and 2 filters replacements took over 2 hours. That is unacceptable when you can go through a drive thru oil change in less that 30 minutes. I totally regret purchasing the extra oil and maintenance policy when I bought my car.
Really great customer service and got to me as quickly as they could given the amount of people that were there.
Compared to my last visit with spring Honda this Visit that I had yesterday which was the September 28 was very good very satisfying appreciate word Sebastian did and all the help from Honda America they also came through but the service with you guys was really good I appreciate it and I guess I’m very pleased with the service and so is my wife Christina thank you
My wife had to travel to the dealership 3 different times today. She had to reschedule her late morning appointments. Organizational issues, time management issues and a lack of communication are our complaints.

Excellent customer service.
Everything from checking in and out was good, the service agent helped me and gave me all the information that I needed. The only issue was was that the technician didn’t install my my right fender liner in properly and it looked like he took a piece off and didn’t put it back on. The fender liner came lose while driving back home and chunks came off causing it to drag and brake off.
