Ric was very helpful with my 90k mile check service. He was encouraging to do the service but didn't overly pressure me. He was able to answer all my questions about the service and additional costs that may occur. He did so in a completely courteous and professional manner.
He also gave me a very honest talk about my breaks and when they should be serviced. He even offered to be my contact when coming in and doing the repair, which I greatly appreciated. Awesome people skills and made me feel at ease during my visit.

I asked to check windshield wiper fluid. But no fluid. Also today the Warning
light came on that tire pressures low but they just checked on Saturday. I really do not have time to keep taking my car to Loma Linda all the time.

The service department people were great as always. But since I purchased the car I've had trouble with the tires and the tire light. I bought a certified vehicle for the safety aspect. I wanted a different car but I was actually talked into how great the certified value of the car was. I should not have to replace 2 tires after only 9 months and obviously I've been having problems since the beginning. So I don't feel the certified value worked for me. We were so pleased with how easy it was in the finance aspect of purchasing the car that we bought a second car that was also a certified vehicle. If I had known the issues I was going to have with my "certified" vehicle I probably would not have.

One thing you need to improve is COVID-19 prevention. Not all agents are wearing masks, no hand sanitizer or disinfectant nearby. Also, I am satisfied with the service I received but disappointed with the car, such major defect in 4 years old car is very disappointing.
