The person who actually worked on my car left two black stains on the passenger seat. I paid $1,300+ dollars and labor costs to get this car up to date. I've been buying cars and servicing my cars here since 2000. Longer probably than many of the people working here have been here. I know people make mistakes. But this isn't cool . If I pay for a service, I want it done right especially for $1,300+. These seats aren't leather. I took pictures. I don't know of I will get my car serviced here anymore as this is the 2nd time historically something has happened.
