Service requested was completed. Disappointed that scheduled appointment I made online, arriving 20 minutes early and told wait time was running 1 1/2 hours. Was told I could reschedule. I waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. What's the point of making appointment when it's first come first service run. I've had many services completed over 6+ years at Spreen Honda and rated high until this service and the low vac leak inspection with no answer for cause. It turned out to be a loose fuel pump retainer ring that I corrected.
My service is always great is Spreen Honda.
Who ever the person service my car was not doing safety measure. They put me in danger and risks my safety because the hood of my car left unlocked and stay open. I was driving in highway go to work and I found I out when li parked, tried to lock my car but no beeping sound when I pushed the remote. Thanks God nothing happen to me.
My service was excellent with Ms. Robert's. Also, the three gentlemen that helped me Wednesday evening when the service department was closed should be rewarded. I just want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday weekend.

The sales person didn’t offer any suggestions on me getting home due to the lobbybrung closed. I am disable with arthritis I had to sit in the cold for almost an hrs. I told him that my car was raving at times when I drive he only quoted me the diagnostic none concerning, poor customer service. I don’t want him to help me again. Iam a great customer. Please tell your staff when people come in let people know about the new hrs and no shuttle and the lobby was closed. This information should be told on the recording and in person. If I had known I would had made arrangements for someone to pick me up rather than sitting in the cold with my arthritis. I walk slow with a cane so please let customers have this information. I need filters so I will have this done on Saturday where I will have a ride home. Thank you
