Had an AC issue on our CRV and they could not resolve the repair due to compressor not in stock . Very disappointing to us considering the high temperatures.

I was not offer to repair/replace items found during my oil change, ie..wiper blades, air filter and cabin filter. It felt like I was rushed out as soon as oil change was completed.

Wish he had reminded me at onset that I was due to replace the rear breaks. I was told to get it done last service and it slipped my mind. Instead the service rep told me about it when I was paying for the oil change that I had done today.
