Spreen Honda is the only place I ever take my car. I have done business with them since 1993. They are courteous, friendly, and do great work.
No need to contact me. The problems simply recur every time I’m there. I asked for the platinum wash on the phone when I made the appointment, again when I called this morning to adjust my appointment time and my husband still had to add the wash to the service order. My husband waited four hours for the vehicle. The last hours and a half it first sat by the free wash area, then the car was moved to the full wash area and then it was simply driven up front. My husband talked to the assistant manager and got told some lame excuse story that she couldn’t back up. Bottom line, every time I bring my car in for the last few years, I Rarely get the wash order and sometimes other items are missed too. I won’t be back.
Danny is wonderful to us - always a fantastic job. He is our “main man”!! And Johnny helped check us out today - he did a super job, too. ????????????????
I was almost satisfied, unfortunatelyn they didnt have the recall parts that needed for my car. I drove over an hour just to replace the recalled parts for my car. Also I ask for engine compartment detailed, it was amazing but they forgot to clean the heat protector that is attached to the hood. Other than that it was a very profesional service.
