Within 2 lights from leaving Spreen Honda In Loma Linda after my B123 service my Check tire light came on and that is after my $524.00 invoice that said they rotated my tires AND aired up my tires to “factory specs”. Plus I didn’t get a free car wash of my vehicle which is so proudly posted in their service area. First time I was extremely disappointed in their service. Just so disappointed. Sad

There was some type of film left in my front window.i had to pull over to a gas station to try to get it off. Not sure what it was but it took a very long time for me to try and get it off. When i got my car back i thought it was something that my wipers could get off but that made it worse. But hapoy about that
My car smells very bad like gas... I'm not sure if they spilled it in here but I've been trying to get the smell out.

I went for a diagnostic and did not get one.
1 hour to change a turn signal bulb, bragged about a free car wash, but discovered buggy windshield two minutes down the road. Slow and sloppy does not satisfy.
Always a pleasurable experience here.
It wasn't a big deal but I sat for more than 45 minutes without a ride because the shuttle staff didn't get me the the first time. I had to ask again about the shuttle. By the time I got home I basically had to turn around and come back to pick up my vehicle.
Very fast service thank you very much.
