Danny was friendly and helpful. I was pleased to see that benches were installed outside for people to sit on instead of going inside to the lobby. Safer with the Corona Virus. I had taken my lawn chair and sat on a strip of grass by the parking lot. I am always pleased to get a free car wash! Thank you! Please remind the valets to wear their masks above their noses. The young man who returned my car to me, had his mask below his nose. I am elderly and have health issues and I worry about being exposed to other person's germs.

Amazing service from Ricardo. Very knowledgeable and informative on what services my car needed and will need. Wait time was about two hours. It’s understandable with it being a Friday and had no reservation. Had the option to wait or shuttle home. Decided to wait as I had time but like the option to get a ride home in case I needed other things to do.

The service was great but whoever worked on the car and changed the oil forgot to reset the settings and the car was washed and dried but only on one side. So the drivers side looks great and the passengers side ( well let’s just say not so great). What has happened to your wonderful service?

The service advisor said the Technician who serviced my car said I needed to replace the engine and cab filters.
I replaced both filters two weeks earlier.
Now I don’t have a good feeling about Spreen Honda anymore.
