I was very pleased with my service at Spreen Honda! If I’m being honest, this has been the best service I’ve ever had with my car. I normally dread going to get my my car serviced because the place I usually go to takes forever. My service at Spreen Honda didn’t even take an hour!! I was so excited for that. Everyone was really nice and I will definitely be going back to Spreen Honda for future services.
Seamed like rookies were working, I never got an estimate or confirmation on what was being done to my car. They started on it without me even giving an ok. Was never even told how much it would cost until I asked when the job was done.
Johnny was very informative and helpful. I'll definitely return in the future if repairs are needed
i' m watching my car for almost 1 hr and 15 mins... no one touching it ...the mechanic is just sitting doing nothing... and then you charge me $150... not happy
The service representative was very pushy and rude. I was going to agree to an additional service, but I decided not to based Soley on his attitude. I decided to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere.
Very fast and Satisfied service
They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so I took it there for nothing. That was very disappointing. Although, I appreciate that I wasn’t charged for it.
