I asked to have my tires checked for a nail since the air pressure light was on. When I picked up the car there weren’t any notes about it other than checked air pressure and inflated. The nice lady who checked me out said they must be good. 30 minutes later after dropping it off at a car wash they called me to tell me a nail came out of a tire and is now flat. I am grateful my wife didn’t have an accident on the freeway on the way to the car wash with my kids but I am disappointed that your technicians missed the nail.

When covid eases up would be nice for honda to offer loaner vehicles. Other than that service was awesome, greeted with a smile very upfront and informative. I love coming here!
