I went in for the software update because my dash is flashing with all the lights, all the warning, braking, and cruise lights came on and my car would not run smoothly. I took it in yesterday, and after about an hour, all the lights. Started doing the same thing. I missed work because this procedure takes 2 hours +. I needed to be in Orange County today, but just like years ago, Honda’s aren’t reliable anymore. Never buying another one.

The staff, in particular the gentleman who helped me, were very very helpful. He saved me money by telling me I didn’t need my tires rotated yet and explained the air circulation (? I don’t recall the name of the service ) didn’t affect how my car would run. I will undoubtedly go back for service needs on my HRV!
