I called ahead of time to see if the location was busy for an oil change. They said no and the usual oil change is 1 hour. That is pretty long for an oil change and inflating tires and checking fluids etc. But I figured that would be the maximum time as no one was waiting and it was 130pm on a Wednesday. My car was just sitting in the service area with the hood open for at least 45 mins. I asked them to check for me if anything was wrong w my vehicle. No they just need to put the oil in and it will be done. It's taking so long because if the inspection. You guys do this everyday. I'm not sure why inspection is taking that long. I don't like to be in the dark about the reasons I'm waiting. So when an hour hits and my vehicle is still in the same spot I ask someone else to check on it. They said it's almost done they just need to put oil in it. 1hr 20 mins at least... My car is finally done w a simple oil change. And when I get it back it has a message about the oil being 100% that I cannot easily get off the screen I'll have to spend more time reading the manual to set it to the Normal screen setting. Honda should have the best service. Hoping they did the oil change correctly.

The service was fine and the staff was friendly. My car shows the check air bag light and I thought that would be fixed. I wish that could have been explained when they looked at the car.

Came in for an oil change and a whistling noise that I hear when accelerating and was told that everything is working fine. If the noise gets louder then bring it back. Then after further questioning of the noise I was told that it looked like the turbo was messed with (insinuating I modified the car) and that if Honda Tech line was called and they saw that I modified it my warranty would be void. I have not modified this car beside adding the window visors to the front and rear windows. I’ve also brought the car back to this location multiple times for routine maintenance and have never once been told anything about the turbo looking like it was messed with, which now adds more for me to worry about. To be told to come back when the annoying whistling noise gets louder and to more or less be threatened with a call to Honda tech, what’s that about? Is every Si owner assumed to have modified the car at this location?
