My car was serviced fine, but my maintenance minder wasn’t reset and the sliding doors on my Odyssey were turned off for the recall work I had done and were not turned back on before I received the car back. My kids couldn’t get the doors open and we thought the doors had not been fixed correctly. It took us a while to figure out how to get them to work again because we never turn off the automatic sliding doors.
Jesse was very helpful and respectful. He made sure to answer all my questions, and when I asked for my car to be washed, he went over and above to make sure it was done and done to my satisfaction. He also wore his mask at all times around me and it covered his nose completely, which made me feel safe being his customer. There were other service members whose masks were under their noses, and I was relieved when Jesse was able to help me because his mask was carefully in place. I am currently under treatment for cancer, so it is vitally important to me that I stay healthy or it will jeopardize my treatment schedule. I was happy Jesse was so respectful because I really didn’t relish the thought of having to ask anyone to pull their mask up. It may seem like a minor thing, but he saved me that trouble and made me feel safe, and I was grateful.
Jesse is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.

Ric should be commended for his professionalism and just overall being so friendly. Prior to meeting Ric our service advisor, my friend experience with the service department wasn’t all that great due to the service advisors just not being friendly and did not enjoy taking my car there for service. That has now changed with Ric. Great customer service.
