Four weeks ago I came into the shop for a tire rotation, new brake rotors and brakes and an oil and filter job!! When I left, I had a terrible vibration from the front end, but I figured that it would work out after I drove it for a while! After four weeks I couldn’t take it anymore and I brought it back in and mentioned to the service rep that saw me Jesse and mentioned it to him and asked if they don’t do a balance when they rotate the tires?? He said no, not routinely. I said how dumb, why didn’t they do it?? I said I would’ve paid for it then, understanding the necessity of it. So I had to come back a second time to get my front tires balanced!! The $50 cost was inconsequential! It was the necessity of having to come back a second time to get it done, when it should’ve been included in the original job!! Thank you.

Ricardo was great. Some places have a nice location, but without great employees, it makes the whole visit pointless. But here at Spreen Honda, everything was great and Ricardo made everything even better. I came in with no appointment, but Ricardo still got my vehicle back in a timely manner. Super courteous and insightful. I had a lot of questions about maintenance for my car but he was super polite and patient and answered every single one so I didn't have any doubt left. I would totally recommend Spreen Honda and Ricardo to my friend and family. I will definitely come back for any maintenance and repairs that i need for my car.
Ricardo was super helpful. When I bought my car and got the maintenance plan for oil changes here at Spreen Honda, i did not know that it would be so worth it. I came in with no appointment, was given the approximate wait time and stayed. But Ricardo was super helpful to get my car done faster than the estimated time. And better yet, waiting at the dealer was not bad at all. Wifi, tv, comfortable chairs, the time went by fast. Yes, the overall experience there at the dealer was great, but what made it better was having great customer service from Ricardo. I would definitely recommend him and the dealer to my friends and family.
