They forgot to reset the oil life to 100% then they forgot to put the cover on my cabin filter and my glove box was still out on my car floor. Forgot the complimentary wash also. If im going to get service done to my car I expect the dealership to take full care of my vehicle. Hard earned money is going into the car payment and hard earned money was paid to get my car serviced. This last experience was a big ol "i dont care" from service.

I felt the service advisor(Jesse) was incompetent. I came in with a problem in my 2007 Honda CRV door lock actuators malfunctioning and it took him over 4 hours to get me an estimated repair order.

I was a walk-in for quick service and it took about one hour to complete service. The battery had been replaced on the road and I was quoted $75 to reset radio and nav systems. Staff fixed this for no charge while I was in for the oil and filter change. Definitely customer oriented. Thanks staff.

I fixed the car myself it was an easy fix the O2 sensor that I had replaced the check engine light would not go off it was a wire that came out and I put it back in and the check engine light went off they told me I needed to replace the entire wire harness. You need to get some better mechanics in there they're not doing their job right you're trying to **** money out of the customers without checking anything out
