The staff were very friendly, answered all questions and completed all tasks promptly and professionally. I was very satisfied and would give the service department high marks.
Fortunately I own Honda and I don’t Have to come in for repairs but I will say I have worked for dealers all my life and the only complaint I have is I’m there more often you people and employees and service writers and the people that greet you are the best your work and the way it was preformed was bar none the best and in this business you always the bad and very rarely the good well who ever reads this put the word out customer for life and I never thought I would be a dealer person very very happy customer ????

I went for an oil change and left Spreen Honda with a bill for a $408.00. Definitely not expected. I was told that all these services were needed at 30,000 miles and I was late. My mileage was at 41,000. This will never happen again.
I will NEVER go to Spreen without my husband, if I ever go back.

I'm always happy with spreen honda services but today I took my car in for the transmission oil and break oil to be changed and they rest my engine oil tracker and that was not changed, it made me question if they dis the right service that I paid for, the tech swears he did and all i can do is take his word

I was happy from start to finish. I got a call back within an hour advising necessary repairs. I was told my car would be ready around 1:00 for pick-up.
I received a call around 1:15 as promised.
I feel the charges were highly inflated.
