I brought my car in to see why my car wouldn’t start. I was told that the diagnostic would only take 2 hours. It took them 6 hours just to tell me that it was only my battery. During that time i wasn’t given any updates on what was going on. I had to go and ask what was going on with car. I know if I didn’t say anything I would of been there longer. I almost missed my VA appointment because of this. I will not be coming back. I will be taking my services to Rock Honda.
Service was fast, i was out of there in 30 min. Ive taken my car to get service before and ive had to leave it in the past. But now service is super fast.

Customer service needs improvement. I had to keep calling to get updates and when I called the reps sounded annoyed.
I thought that oil changed are every 5,000 miles...The tag in the window indicates 3,000???
Also, I thought that my car would be washed... It used ti be!
A senior discount would be nice!

I am certain I was snookered as a woman into paying for a service I did not actually need and I regret that. And the car wash is broken and I was counting on the car wash today before my weekend plans.
But the process was friendly and efficient.
I spent $400 on service and they didn’t even was my car. How it drives us yet to be experienced. The shuttle service was excellent.
