The service member who was assisting me was on the phone with a coworker and said the “F” word. I mentioned to him that it was bery disrespectful. After itemizing each charge, I noticed that my coupon hadn’t been applied. When I asked about my tires, the wear had not been recorded on the inspection list so I’m not even sure that my tires were rotated.

I use a Walker to get around! Joshua Kramer, has helped me before! At 74 Years Old & 2 Strokes under my belt, I cannot just jump out of my ???? car. Joshua is a very good man, who helps Me all the time and does not rush me! AND THAT IS WHY I HAVE BEEN BUYING AND HAVING MY CAR MAINTENANCE DONE HERE. AT SPREEN HONDA, SINCE 1972!

While the service providers were professional, I went to the dealer on Friday for a15k tune up. On my windshield it showed a paper that my battery needed replacement. On the sheet given to me after my service it said the battery was fine. The provider told me to come back to replace the battery, and my gas tank would be filled. I went back on Monday upset about the contradictory documents. The service provider took care of the battery, but my gas tank was not filled. I think it’s unprofessional to be told something and it’s not done. Also why would one doc say one thing and one say the other? Just disappointing over all…
