Understand service hours go by book recommendation but was Abit pricey for our family's budget considering it's an older model. However Bobby is great and has always been great to work with. If he's due for a raise give it to him because he's always gone above and beyond with his job and is the sole reason we get repairs there instead of any other shop. For the decade's we've been with Acura Bobby is the best service representative we've had!

My wife loves the car wash, but I noticed the window had a bug splattered on it that did not clean in the auto wash. I cleaned it so all is good. thanks for friendly service and the cookies. Dr. t

I think your mechanics might be cutting corners. Today, the day after my regular service, I almost got stranded with a bad battery. Why didn't they catch that yesterday? Today I was told my battery terminals were corroded. Why was that not addressed yesterday? Two other things were aggravating as well. Not happy.

Staff is great! Love this dealership, however, i went in to get a skid plate bolted back on as it was being held by electrical tape and when i left the tape was still on it? Looks as if they bolted only the side without the tape.
