Don’t tell a customer that it will be about 1 1/2 for and oil change. It took 2 1/2 hours.

I brought my car in for the same issue last June 2019. They had my car for three days and said they found nothing. When I explained this to Matthew and told him I was afraid to drive my car because of the lurching it was doing at lower speeds. He completely understood my frustration. I’m thankful the issue was fixed this time. Thank you Matthew.
