I spoke with Phillip on the morning of March 5th when I was unable to start my car. He said very likely the car battery was dead. I also told him that my vehicle was due for the A-1 maintenance service. Without hesitation, Phillip set up an appointment for me immediately on the same morning. Thanks to his help, it took only approximately two hours to have the battery replaced and a major service completed!
Mathew answered the phone promptly, was able to answer my questions and provide requested advice, then did a point inspection within the hour. It was a great experience as usual. I really enjoy working with the Spreen Acura team! And because of Mathew’s help , I can drive to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, next week with complete confidence that my RLX is in perfect road-worthy shape.
