Great service the service agent listened to every issue I was experiencing with the vehicle and fixed all issues with the vehicle.. it was my 1st time at your service department and will continue to bring my vehicle back for service.

When I got my car back, my A/C wasn’t working at all, and it worked perfectly when I brought it in. It seems that the blower motor had gone out or maybe got disconnected somehow.
I dropped off my car on Thursday for a diagnosis, and I didn’t hear back until Monday on what was wrong with my car.
Phil was very kind and accommodating, and I don’t blame him for anything.
Not being able to get a loaner car was frustrating, but I do understand that sometimes one won’t be available.

It all worked out. I guess with some problems that aren’t so obvious it takes a little longer. Because at first we were told it would be about an hour. At 2 and a half hours we got a call saying it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. And it was another hour and a half. But Philip was very nice and explained what they did.
