Mathew was helpful, efficient, and proactive. I love owning Acura’s in large part because of the service staff. I am now over 35 years of faithful Acura driving. Have been tempted by Volvo and Subaru, but Spreen won me over.

I needed my tires balanced , and I don’t believe it was done.
The reason I had a new tire replaced, and another patched the car is not riding as it should.
I was told by a tire dealer that tires needed to be balanced.
Also I needed assistance with the GPS disappointed that there was no one available to help with reprogramming the GPS.
Hopefully this issue will get resolved so from a 1 to 10 I give you a 7.

I will be a lifelong Acura owner. First time a dealer service sept has not tried to sell me unnecessary services.
Exceptional job. Had a service on my 2019 Acura MDX which included a rear differential service and also an outside detail. I asked for an inside basic vac and wipe. When I picked up vehicle, I brought some license plate caps that would not fit. Phil had the screws changed out so the caps fit. ALSO the inside had been detailed as well!! Phil going the extra mile blew me away. The little things were frosting on the cake. What a great experience!
