Everything was great, super fast and easy. WiFi in lounge worked great, tea, coffee and snacks kept my teenager and myself entertained.

I have been coming to the dealership for service for over 10 years and I have to say that this is the first time that I was dissatisfied with my experience with the service Dept more so the service writer Phillip Greifnow. I took my car in for a normal A1 service. I had known from previous visits that I would need my brakes replaced. I expected to be told that my front brakes needed to be replaced . To my surprise I see my car being pulled into the service drive all washed and ready to go. After waiting for some time for my service writer to come to get me I took it upon myself to walk over to the office. There I spoke with Bobby, whom I’ve dealt with before and asked him about the brakes. He notified me that yes the front brakes need to be replaced as they are @2mm, and should be done in the next couple of weeks. I asked him why Phillip would not come and tell me? I can understand not being told about some routine care but this is my brakes, something that involves my safety! Why would your service advisor not say something so I can get it taken care of while I was there? This would have never been the case if Bobby was my service advisor!! I will now have to make accommodations on a different day to come back, if I do, to have this taken care of. Extremely dissatisfied in my experience this time around is an understatement! I used to rave about this dealership and service department, sad things have changed!
