No prob, glad to give my feedback especially to a company that has great customer service. I showed up at my appointment time and was promptly assisted and waited in the nicely kept waiting area. My service was done promptly and i was also given a full explanation of my service and future service that will be coming up. Thank you Bobby, you made me feel special and with that i knew my car was being well taken care of.

Matthew’s service was excellent and helpful, my dissatisfaction is not with him. It’s the fact a 5 year old Acura, which is supposed to have excellent quality, has a bad catalytic converter and it’s out of warranty. Matthew suggested I contact warranty customer service to see if they could help with the out of warranty issue, but they referred me back to you guys. I called Matthew and he’ll be speaking with his manager, which I appreciate.

The Service Department at Riverside Acura, hands down, is always the best! They didn’t disappoint me last Friday, January 15, 2021, when I needed a new battery in my vehicle. Matt Roper was my contact person in the Service Department. He was very professional. From my initial call to informing me of the services that Acura would provide, I knew exactly what needed to be done. Matt arranged to have my vehicle brought back to my residence so I could continue working. ?? First class service!!! ??
