At the time I arrived I was immediately greeted by the Service rep. I was provided an explanation on what maintenance would be performed. The waiting area was clean and I included snacks and beverages. Bobby explained the results and recommendations that were provided in the report. Really appreciated that my vehicle was washed before it was returned to me.
