Spreen Acura Auto Repair Service

I was really disappointed after waiting 3 hours just to know what I came in for was not going to be completed, I had an appointment to come in for a door panel replacement and mirror to be fixed and while there to also take care of a fuel pump recall. When I got there Mat didn’t mention the part hadn’t come in and that there would be not eta on this part. I assumed it’ll all be taking care of since i let him know what I was here for on my arrival he simply took my car with out saying a word. I would of really appreciated if I would of got a call to advise me the part was not in yet because I wouldn’t of wasted my time off work and driven 1 hour away just for a recall. I would of preferred to had all the work done at once! Which is what really upset me because i specifically said I wanted to take care of everything at one time. This was completely unprofessional I didn’t feel like a valued customer, and I really hope this issue gets taken care of. I am still waiting for a call back from service manager.

Brandon was professional, pleasant, courteuos and answered all my questions. The service was on time.

I had an appointment to get all my emblems changed to the black chrome ones. I wasn't told how long it would take but it only took an 1 1/2. I received a text telling me when my car was done and Brandon came to the lounge to get me.one last thing. I was quoted $175 to do the job but To my surprise Brandon was able to get it done for $150. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I appreciate it.
