I was told by Chris they will touch paint the scratches and not buffing them. Very disappointed I wasted my time.

1. On 12/22 the service vehicle msg. was not re-set. 2. On 01/05 I had to return to have my vehicle checked for leaking fluid. The oil cap was not screwed in all the way when I had my car serviced on 12/22. 3. Kiel failed to complete the service process. He left me in the waiting area and I had to ask the ladies to give me the final paperwork and keys. I am very disappointed at the terrible customer service I received on 12/22 and 01/05/19. Everything went quite smoothly. I arrived at 11:00 and was on the way home by 1:00. Car was serviced, inspected and washed. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Tea and pastries were decent quality and pleasant treat. No delays.

I was told the issue was resolved. The minute I drove away the transmission issue was still there. I had verified the issue several times and was advised the issue was fixed. My advisor Adriana was great, very professional, friendly and kind. It is too bad she was given the wrong information. Now, I have to take time out of my schedule to bring the vehicle back in.

Good job overall. One minor issue with the service was car wash. Car wash left several small grease marks on the front passenger door. I was able to wipe them off once I got home but it would have been nice if small things like that would’ve been taken care of before I picked up my car. Thank you.
