The price of my basic service was over triple what I used to pay with the former owners. I don’t appreciate being nickeled and dimed. I was so thrilled with the previous dealership that I had planned to purchase my next car with them without comparing prices with other dealerships. I do not plan to do any more business with this dealership and truly feel bad saying this.

The service was good. I am completely dissatisfied that I paid to have the protective coating ($900) put on my car when I purchased it yet it was delivered to me with the promise it was done and in actuality the protective coating was never done. Now we had To take additional valuable time to have it looked at and have the coating applied . I am an unhappy customer!
