I don't think a small, if any leak, in my car, that doesn't spot my driveway, would affect my oil consumption test.

Gabriel told me my car was ready, had me sign my papers and gave me someone else’s keys . It was not my car, but a lady who had the same service done(a recall on the fuel pump) but had arrived 20+ minutes after I had checked in. My car was ready about 20 minutes later , though the car wash and vacumn service appeared to have been rushed as it was not very well done. I drove home very troubled by the experience , called later and was told I could not be transferred to the service manager but spoke with Gabriel about my concerns.

I am satisfied with the service overall, however I felt a little miscommunication may have taken place. I was informed that a bolt may be broken (due to being stuck). I mentioned my car has only been serviced at this location. Later on, I asked the person if I was charged for the bolt and she found I was charged. I told her a charge should not occur due to fault of previous person working on it. She mentioned “it’s only a few dollars charged” and I felt uncomfortable with it. She discounted me $5, but I shouldn’t have to argue over it, as it was the shop error.
Definitely Satisfied! Bobby is I ways friendly and courteous. Her makes you feel like you are his only customer and he is very attentive to his customer. Great employee!!!

It was very quick and efficient service, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff as well! The only “downside” was my daughter was disappointed in the fact the hot chocolate was a little bit watery on this cold rainy day.
