Bobby is great. Dissatisfied with the body condition of the used car I purchased with all of the paint scratches in front, rear and side mirror. HOOD Vibrates and moves up and down when driving on the freeway and I am told that is a normal condition.

The person checking me in and out and the drivers were good. They are not the problem One quart low on 1000 miles was considered by Acura to be acceptable rather than cause for warranty recall to kick in. Ridiculous. So 3 quarts for 3000 miles would be okay? 5000 for 5000? Why should anyone respect Acura with such low standards? All 10 of my car loving friends also thought this spoke volumes about Acura's evident minimal commitment to quality. Plus I was told I needed to get the $70-80 oil change to get it checked. Is this a scam or honest?

My car was nice & clean. I just wish he also vacuumed the back as well. Otherwise I was happy with the service!

I felt that I was not listened to in regards to my USB cord outlet not working 100% of the time. When it does not work, it is not the cord since the cord will work once the car is turned off and back on again. And, I had a brand new Apple cord.
