Bobby is always wonderful with us. I drive 30 miles just to have my car serviced in Riverside. I will only go where Bobby works . We have dealt with Bobby for almost 10 years and will not go anywhere else. He’s amazing !!!

The service took 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 hrs and the receipt I received at the beginning showed my cost would be zero but I was charged $143 at the end

The left rear window of my Acura came off the track while driving to the dentist. Immediately after my dentist appointment, I drove to Acura to see Bobby for help. I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t even call. Bobby ordered the regulator and had a shuttle take my daughter and me home so he could keep the car for repair as soon as the part was delivered. Car was perfect the next day and all is good. Bobby is great! He knows my Acura and he knows me, which is a great relief when something breaks on the road. Comment to Spreen Management, I really miss the loaner cars that were available when Hendrick owned the dealership. But, Bobby made it work when a loaner wasn’t available and got us home quickly and safely. Many thanks to Bobby once again!!
