Bobbie is amazing. My dissatisfaction is not with Bobbie but that fact that my car is burning oil and I am required to take off work and dive 1- hour just to have it checked! I have a letter from Acura stating my car is one of the models where this is a problem. I am super frustrated with Acura yet love the maintenance department staff.

Not the same level of service that I have received here in the past. Previous service advisors have gone above and beyond to ensure customers felt valued. There was nothing wrong at this visit, I’ve just had better experiences. Hoping that with the change in ownership the long time customers will not suffer in the level of service they have experienced before. In all honesty that has what has kept me coming back for the last 10 years!!!

First of all, Acura should never charge customer to reset the radio when the customer cannot do it after following factory instructions. Ok. I paid. But after the job was done and I was driving home, I noticed the radio could not receive signals and I had to turn back. The explanation was the antenna was not plugged in all the way. Come on! If the technician cared to do a simple test, the problem would have been found before customer was annoyed. Do I have any more confidence to bring my car here for repair? Nah.. I think I will try another Acura shop first.

Mr Foster was excellent from my phone call to the Service Dept requesting an appointment for my recall notice and a LOF, to paying the bill when he was very thorough reviewing the suggested maintenance on my vehicle. This was a great visit to your facility, with no doomsday predictions if I didn’t get my cabin filter changed as soon as possible! In the past, I guess you can tell, I haven’t had the same good friendly experiences with service writers. Keep up the good work!
