Philip was great, whoever the shuttle driver is, was not so great because I had to order an Uber.
I was exceptionally pleased to have a loaner car provided. I was fully prepared to sit and wait while the work was done but having transportation made my day. It allowed me get to my doctor appointment and run a couple of needed errands that would have otherwise made a long day even longer.
Service dept was great. The waiting area was comfortable and nice. The service was done the fastest I’ve ever seen.
Phillip, the service advisor is great. Since I bought my car in March, I’ve had a few questions and Phillip has taken the time to answer them as well as showing me things that might have taken me a while to understand. I really appreciate his knowledge and patience.
