Philip always delivers the best customer service. I prefer to only go through Philip he does everything in his power to keep me a happy customer. I appreciate the way he was always communicating with me and even helped me personally when a noticed after picking up my car I had some wires hanging. He was more then happy to reconnect the wires and make sure I had no more issues. I’ve been in so much lately he knows me and my car and makes me feel like a part of the team rather then just a customer that goes in and find the name off the papers. For as long as own a Mazda I will continue to work with Philip.

I brought my vehicle for service. There were three issues: - Apple CarPlay (issue was resolved) - strange noise in driver door (could not be duplicated) - vibrating/loose rearview mirror When the technician was inspecting the rearview mirror, the windshield shattered, so the dealership needed to replace the whole windshield (mistaken happen). However, after finally getting my car back, I was disappointed to realize as I got on the freeway that the rearview mirror was still vibrating. The issue was never resolved. So not only do I not have a factory-installed mirror anymore, but I still have the same issue from before. The service tech was very nice and helpful, the experience with the staff was great, but the actual service completed was disappointing.
