Bob was fine but your service manager Ryan is completely irresponsible and inconsiderate of customer concerns. He won’t return calls after several attempts to contact him. Get rid of him.

Stephen was very personable. He was helpful without being pushy. I appreciated not feeling like I was being oversold on services that weren’t needed. With that said, he professionally reviewed in detail what services were provided and answered any questions I had. It appeared the NE Acura service team did a nice job. Thank you!

Steven explained everything to me about what was wrong with my car so I was able to make an informed decision on what repairs I was going to have done. His estimate on how long the repairs would take was right on. Haven’t had to have many repairs on my car and I haven’t used Acura for the ones I did have but I will definitely reconsider that after my experience today.

The service guy was very nice but I find it ridiculous that I pay $1830 for a maintenance and you can’t include a needed oil change. Because if this, I will no longer be coming to Acura for service on my vehicle.
