Steve and Ryan Higgins(Mgr) r the BEST service guys I've met in my 45 years of driving. They're the reason I come to Acura for service VS my local mechanic. PLEASE do EVERYTHING u can to keep them!
They did not fix my vehicle. They told me it was fixed and within 12 hours I am having the same issue.

They weren’t very helpful with the price for repairs I only came into Acura to have my oil change and they told me it was 560 worth of work to be done so since I’ve been apart of the Acura family for 15 years now I told them go head with the Additional repairs even though I didn’t plan on spending that much. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I only had 500 cash so they didn’t give me my car or any little percentage off just so I can make it bk to work so now I have 500 no way to get to work and a vehicle stuck in the shop all over 60 which I could’ve returned and paid on my next visit or I could’ve just been given 30% ????????????????????????????????
