Even though it was at a very high price of $800 total which was very high for my pocket and budget , but I was dealt with better the second time around . Also i think my car is finally fixed , well hopefully . Thank you .

Sure, Ryan is the very best service manager I've ever dealt with. He's a large part of why, when it's time to get another SUV, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Sounds strange, but i love going there for service, all the guys r great, but Ryan stands out, and you're lucky to have him..No, we're not related...

Matters were not dealt with right I understand about the final two hours of diagnosis on my car , but everyone was , saying I was robbed about the first hour of diagnostic which was basically what I told Ryan the service clerk he came over and told me the same exact thing , however that did not fix the problem . I am so upset about the unfair charges and my car is still not fixed . Thank you !
