I came in because my car stalled on the highway and Bob was amazing. He made sure I understood everything, had my car serviced as quickly as possible and was able to get my car fixed the same day so I could get home. Gentlemen. It is totally unacceptable to spend $2000 in repairs to find that the technician made a mistake when he changed the cabin air filter. The cabin fan now has a noise at all speeds and the truck has to come back to clean something out.
